Releasing my inner composer - sort of.

In today's age of AI, I am simply amazed at what I can start doing. Though I am still in the aspect of getting to learn about some tihngs, I find that certain AI applications present a 'shortcut' to certain things. For example, I used to be a frustrad disc jockey. Sure, I had the cpapabilities back then - but I lacked the practice time, and equipment to help me hone my skills in mixing music together. Now, I find that computer appls alow me to do mixing with nary any hardware (two turntables, an amplifier, mixer and vinyl records). Everytihng is now replecatable in digital format - more so the music. Yes, there are now apps that replicate a mixer - and there is a wide rance of digital music available. Just with Spotify, I can seek out most mousic regardless of genre, decade or artist. And just two weeks ago, I learned that I could select music to mix... again, I am still in the process of experimenting with this new feature. Some of my mixes weree great... some okay, and others... well, let's just say I deleted them upon hearing the mix that went really wrong.

But again, as I said, it was better than noting, and it did relieve me of some stress and boredom. Someday soon, I may make a decent playlist to brag amongst friends.

Then there's Mozart AI - a tool that allows me to create music... based on a concept, and some possible lyrics, I have come up with (well actually, AI did, with a little prodding form me). To date, I've experimented creating music of different subject to gnere, moods, and even lyrics. I'll admit some were duds - but I've a few that might be good enoi\ugh - a few I might consider as standouts. FOr example, I came up with an idea of an anti-love song, love song... where the sigher laments about all the too cute to be real things a love song sings, and she is just tired of all these. Is there no way to genuinele just love? All this to some hard rock background to give it an Evanesence feel. Then there's the song for Magneto - in heavy rock. Another sone in Reggae mode about the Hall of Learners Advanced Toastmasters... and yes, one for our dog - Beowulf. By the way, the Mozart I am using is the simpler phone version. I recently discovered another desktop/laptop version that is more studio version - and far more complicated. Ones that I only have seen in recording session of artists. It will take me a lot more time to even understand this one.

I'm having fun with this. If you really liek music, and one day wished you could compose a great tune, you might love this rool... no, let me rephrase that... You WILL love this. Go on, try it out, BTW, I'm currently wondering how I can save the music separately.into an MP4 format, so I can listen to is with my Spotify playlist. Unitl then, I'll keep on 'composing'
